Chicken Bundles & Peanut Butter Bars

There is nothing like yummy food.  It just makes me happy!  :)

Well, today I am sharing two of my most favorite recipes.  In fact I made the Peanut Butter Bars for dessert last night.  They were sooo yummy!!  And SUPER easy :)  Thanks to my friend Holly, for making this for our family.  I am hooked.

Before I dive into the dessert, I will give the recipe for Chicken Bundles.  All chicken goodness wrapped in a little bundle of delicious-ness!  So here you go:

Chicken Bundles

1 package of cream cheese
2 sticks of butter (1 stick goes in mixture)
2-3 chicken breasts (shredded)
2 tubes of cressant rolls
Italian Seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup

1.  Combine softened butter (1 stick), cream cheese and chicken
2.  Roll out cressant rolls and spoon mixture in rolls, then roll back up
3.  Soften other stick of butter and brush on the top of the chicken bundle
4.  Sprinkle Italian seasoning
5.  Bake as directed on cressant roll package
6.  Mix cream of chicken soup with 1 can of water and heat.
7.  Serve over chicken bundles

Peanut Butter Bars

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup flour
1 cup oats

1.  Cream butter and sugar then add egg, vanilla, salt, baking soda, and peanut butter.  Mix well.  Then add flour and oats.  Press into a 9x13 pan.  It will seem like you are making a crust of some kind.  Then you put it in the oven for 15-20 min @ 350 degrees.  Then spread with chocolate frosting and enjoy!

I hope you have a yummy Monday :)
