Meal-Time Monday: Supper Nachos


People might call this by any given name, but this is what we call it by.  Supper Nachos!  YUM!  This is so quick and easy and my hubby LOVES it! :)  Bon Appetite! 





Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg of taco seasoning mix
1 can of refried beans
grated cheese

optional:
olives
tomatoes
sour cream

Directions:
Brown the meat and add the taco seasoning mix.  Then spread the beans in a 8 x 8 pan.  Layer the meat next.  Then add the grated cheese on top  (however much you want).  Put it in the oven @ 350 for about 20 min.  (Just to warm everything.)  Then, you can add all the optional stuff to after you serve it:  olives, tomatoes, and sour cream.  And don't forget to eat this marvelous dinner with tortilla chips or tortillas :)  YUM!
